Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use Tiles (“the app”), published by OfffWhite Design. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Your licence

Buying Tiles grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. One licence key may be active on up to 5 Macs at the same time. You may deactivate a device and activate another as often as you need. There is no limit on how many times you move the key between machines.

What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
• Remove or alter any copyright or licensing notices.

Updates

Your purchase includes every future update at no extra cost, major versions included. There is no upgrade fee and no version of Tiles you will be asked to buy again.

Refunds

If Tiles does not work for you, email support@offfwhite.design within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.

Availability and support

We aim to answer support email promptly, but we do not guarantee a specific response time. Support covers the current version of the app on supported versions of macOS.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. OfffWhite Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated at the top.
